I think most countries require swim caps! At our condo in Italy they also require us to wear them. We didn't know and jumped right in, but the lifeguard in his fast Italian started yelling (or we felt like he was yelling), made us get out, purchase swim caps, and then we could get back in. We also have to take quick rinse off showers before and after swimming. So weird! These people have little to no hygiene but they're stingy on their swimming pools?!?! Give me a ruling!
